Yes, you can send it back, no questions asked. That is my policy. If it’s not what you thought it was, doesn’t do what you expected it to do, won’t fit, broke, scared your dog, melted, or if your wife, husband, mother, father, boss, won’t let you keep it, ship it on back here within 60 days of purchase for a full refund of the merchandise price, or a replacement—your choice. Your returned item must be in it’s original condition and its original packaging. Sorry, we can’t refund shipping & handling charges unless it arrived broken or we misrepresented the product. Please include your order’s PayPal Transaction ID/Receipt number.
How do I order your products by postal mail?
When you find the products you want to purchase from my Store, send the name of the item(s) you choose to purchase, item description(s), quantity and the price of the item(s) You must add the shipping/handling fee(s) given to each item in order to get the total sales price. Click on the “Buy Now” button for each item to gather this information. Game Play Toys does not accept cash or COD’s. Mail check(s)/money order(s) payable to:

Can I return items?
Yes. We accept all returns without question and will either refund your purchase price or send you a replacement, as you chose. Returns must be made within 60 days of purchase and the product must be in its original condition in its original packaging. You may email me at gameplaytoys@aol.com to arrange pickup of returns or discuss any problems.
Will you ship outside the US?
Sorry, we are able to ship only to the 48 contiguous continental US states, including Washington, DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or US territories and possessions.
What are your shipping charges?
We charge a standard ground shipping and handling fee on all orders. We cannot ship outside the contiguous 48 states using regular UPS ground.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express and electronic debit/checks through safe, easy and secure online PayPal transaction. We are sorry to report that we cannot accept CODs, cash, stamps or gold. Checks and money orders are accepted for payments via postal mail.
Do you accept telephone and fax sales?
No, we do not accept orders by phone or fax. However, you may contact me Monday thru Friday during the business hours of 9am – 5pm (CST) at (773)633-9179 for any questions.
Can you tell me about the availability of an item?
Most of the items contained in this website are in stock. As such, we have only a fixed quantity each. If our stock of the item you have ordered is exhausted we will refund that portion of your remittance.
What is your warranty policy?
Since we have neither manufactured any of the items offered on our site or in our catalog nor purchased them with recourse to warranties by their original manufacturer, we cannot make any warranties or accept any responsibility for their use or misuse beyond our selling price.
